Manage your communication preferences and account settings to personalise your ExpressRoad experience. Below is a guide to the preferences available in your account.
Notification Preferences
Choose how and when you receive updates from ExpressRoad:
- Shipment notifications — Receive SMS and email alerts when your parcel is collected, in transit, out for delivery, and delivered
- Marketing communications — Opt in or out of promotional emails, special offers, and newsletters
- Account alerts — Receive notifications about account activity, invoices, and payment reminders
Account Settings
Update your personal and business details from your account dashboard:
- Personal details — Name, email address, phone number
- Default addresses — Set your regular collection and delivery addresses for faster booking
- Password and security — Change your password and manage login security
Shipping Preferences
Customise your default shipping options to speed up the booking process:
- Preferred service level — Set your default to express, economy, or same-day
- Insurance — Choose whether to automatically add goods-in-transit insurance to all shipments
- Packaging requirements — Specify standard packaging instructions for recurring shipments
