How to Send a Parcel with ExpressRoad

Get a quote — Enter your collection and delivery addresses, parcel dimensions, and weight on our quote page to receive an instant price.

Book your shipment — Select your preferred service (express, economy, or same-day) and confirm your booking online or by phone.

Prepare your parcel — Package your items securely. Use sturdy boxes, bubble wrap for fragile items, and seal all openings with strong tape.

Collection — Our driver will collect from your specified address during the arranged time window. Have your waybill ready.

Track and receive — Use your tracking number to monitor progress. The recipient will receive SMS notification before delivery.

How to Package Items Safely

Choose the right box — Select a box that fits snugly around your item with room for cushioning material on all sides.

Wrap fragile items individually — Use bubble wrap, foam sheets, or packing paper around each breakable item.

Fill empty spaces — Pack void-fill material (crumpled paper, packing peanuts, or air pillows) to prevent items shifting in transit.

Seal securely — Close the box with strong packing tape on all seams. Apply at least three strips across the top and bottom.

Label clearly — Attach a clear, legible shipping label on the top of the box. Include sender and recipient details.
